So you want to know about ANXIETY eh? Well I'll try and think of stuff to say on this page. It will probably get to be more and more as the page progresses.
Ok, well we're a local band from Agawam, Ma that is currently only three members. That's Mike Grant Luke Copson and Ben Kashmanian. We're looking for a bassist at the moment but we're getting along just fine without one. We still jam on a regular basis, and we still sound really good as a whole, but we really want that bassist to thicken all the music up and make it heavier. We have done a few recordings just in our school studio at school, which came out not that bad.
Right now we also really need that bassist cause we want to start playing out soon and we can't do that without a bassist. There is someone named Doug that jams with us every once in a while who plays bass and hes really good, but hes too busy to be in the band. But i guess he assured us that he would record and gig with us until we do find a good bassist. We're hoping to also make a full out demo tape soon, once again as soon as we get that damn bassist. Don't forget... If your a bassist from the Western Ma area and you are interested in playing with us, go grab the ap and send it back to us.
Well theres quite a few people that know about us and have heard some of those tapes that we made in our recording class in school and are waiting for us to start playing live. Most people seem to like it. I haven't really heard one person yet say that its bad or sucks or whatever. Most comments we've heard are pretty good. So hopefully we can find that bassist soon so we can finally get our shit going.
We do play mostly original songs, we only cover two songs. And thats Machine Head: Dividian and Megadeth: Polaris (Rust in Peace). Well we dont actually cover Polaris by Megadeth, we just kinda jam on it for practice.
Together as a whole we are starting to become very good. We also have pretty professional equipment which you can check out on the Equip page. We are really tight now because we've been together for almost 3 years now.
